Sam and Annette founded Twin Lakes Baptist Church in 1983. As a Leader, Sam is highly regarded for his vision, boldness, and enthusiasm to preach and teach the Word of God. As a church pastor, he is well respected for his compassion for the cause of Jesus Christ and the local church.

Annette has administrated and developed every aspect of the church along with Sam since its inception. She has tirelessly worked in every aspect of the church life from music to special events and nursery to Senior Adults.

Together with their 3 sons, Benjamin, Andrew, and Joseph,  and their families, the Bailey’s have served with enthusiasm as they seek to fulfill the purposes of God in their lives pastoring and building TLBC.
