Meet Our Team

Sam and Annette founded Twin Lakes Baptist Church in 1983. As a Leader, Sam is highly regarded for his vision, boldness, and enthusiasm to preach and teach the Word of God.

Derek loves to share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ and to help people understand how to apply His Word to their lives through the systematic preaching and teaching of Scripture.

Coach joined our team in 2017.  As Campus Community Pastor for TLBC, Coach provides a pastoral presence at the church during the week offering much-needed prayer, support, and counseling for those who come to the office.

Shirley began serving as a volunteer ministry assistant and joined the staff in 1987. Shirley has witty humor and a bright smile that you will enjoy if you come by our office or call.

For our church, Robert provides leadership, training, and direction for all of our technology—media, website, security, sound, etc. Basically, if it has a computer on it, Robert knows how to operate it. He loves his church, his family, and his Lord. You can contact him at [email protected]

Robert and Judy have served the Lord in different churches over the years in many different volunteer roles while Judy has also been a church secretary. Their passion at TLBC is to help our Senior adults come to know Jesus and grow in the faith.
