5th Grade & Up
Jack Fortner leads 5th-6th graders through a sermon-based study each week, making the lessons and themes relatable and immersive for students. This group meets on the 2nd floor of our Hope Center.
Young Adult/Adult
Joe Long facilitates a welcoming Connect Group for young adults each week, giving them a communal opportunity to dive into scripture together. This group is located in the Chapel in our Hope Center.
Women's Ministry
Sylvia Gansz hosts a Connect group for adult, single women in our Church Library (inside the Sanctuary).
Adult
We are blessed with various Adult Connect Groups led by several hosts:
- John Spencer: Sanctuary, Mission Room
- Robert Butterfield: Sanctuary, Gathering Room
- Kevin Powell: Hope Center, 2nd Floor
Cross Trail Outfitters
Duane Hada hosts a Connect Group for Cross Trail Outfitters, a Christian youth hunting and fishing organization for boys and young men. This group meets in our Hope Center on the 1st Floor.
Deaf Ministry
Chuck Todd leads a weekly Connect Group time for any deaf individuals looking for community and opportunities for scripture study! This Connect Group meets in our Sanctuary behind the Choir Room.
Young @ Heart (Adults 55+)
Our Connect Groups for seniors meet in the Young @ Heart Building (to the left of the sanctuary from parking lot view). We have a variety of groups and leaders facilitating each group. On Sunday mornings, all group attendees will first meet with Daryl Young in the Main Room, then break off to different groups throughout the Young @ Heart building:

What about childcare & Children's Church?
Your baby or kids are welcome to stay with you during Connect Groups or Worship Service. However, if you prefer, we do provide childcare for babies through preschool age during Connect Groups as well as Worship Service.
During this time, our caring and highly qualified volunteers will guide kids in play, arts & crafts, snack time, learning about God, and hearing that Jesus loves them! In our Preschool are, we have a separate Babies Room with cribs, changing tables, rocking chairs, and age-appropriate toys.
Our Kindergarten, Preschool, & Babies Area is located down the hall to your right after you enter the Sanctuary main doors (you can also enter from the right side of the Sanctuary).
When you drop your baby or preschooler off, you will sign them in and receive a security bracelet to bring back when you pick them up. This is the area in which both the babies and preschoolers will stay for Connect Group & Worship Service times.
Kids (grades 1-4) meet in the Children’s Center building to the left of our Sanctuary building during Connect Group time. Here, you can check them in and pick them up after Connect Groups before 10:25. After 10:25, you can pick them up from a Children’s Leader in the Sanctuary at the pew near the door on the right side of the Sanctuary. Learn more about our Kids' curriculum and class schedule here!

Then, during the welcome portion of the service, they meet their Children’s Church leaders at the door on the right side of the Sanctuary to go to Fun Church in the Children's Area (to the left of the Sanctuary.)
There will be an announcement and slide on the screens alerting you when it’s time for Fun Church! During Fun Church, Kid’s will sing songs, hear a Bible lesson, play games, and have a snack. Parents will pick their kids up at the Children's Building after Worship Service concludes.
