Missions

We believe the Lord has called the church to make disciples of all tribes, tongues, and nations of the world. To fulfill this command called the Great Commission we pray, give, and go to our neighbors, our nation, and the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our strategy involves mission partnerships locally, nationally, and globally.

Local Missions

Because we love our neighbors, we want to serve our local community. We do this by interacting with others where we live, work, and play. But we also have focused efforts where (connect classes and church-wide) we engage in specific evangelistic efforts. TLBC has many different partnership ministries we come alongside to help. In addition to other local ministries we partner with the White River Baptist Association, Baptist Collegiate Ministry at ASUMH, and Cross Trail Outfitters. 

National Missions

God cares about our nation and so do we. To help reach our nation, we support the Arkansas Baptist State Convention and the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention who have missionaries throughout our state and nation. 

Global Missions

From the beginning of our establishment as a church, our members have hungered to get the Gospel to the nations. TLBC is blessed to have sent mission teams and funded plant churches in Brazil, Peru, and Ethiopia. TLBC also partners with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention and with Operation Christmas Child.
