FAITH IN THE VALLEY

(Mark 9:14-32)

In our culture, faith is seen as a leap in the dark. Sometimes faith is seen as the rational attachment to a process. Sometimes faith is seen as based on human experience. But Biblical faith trusts in what it has not experienced based on the absolute confidence in the promises of God, found in His Word and secured by the death and resurrection of His Son. Biblical faith is really in the source—the person of Christ.
